Day 1 – Johannesburg to Kruger Gate Hotel

Your safari adventure begins with an early morning departure from Johannesburg as you travel toward the world-famous Kruger National Park.

The scenic journey through Mpumalanga offers breathtaking mountain landscapes, valleys, forests, and traditional towns. Depending on timing, guests may enjoy optional Panorama Route viewpoints including God’s Window, Lisbon Falls, and Blyde River Canyon.

Upon arrival at the luxury Kruger Gate Hotel, guests can relax beside the swimming pool, enjoy beautiful bushveld surroundings, and settle into their safari accommodation before dinner is served.

Day 2 – Full Day Big Five Safari in Kruger National Park

Wake before sunrise for a thrilling full-day safari drive inside Kruger National Park.

Your experienced safari guide will explore the wildlife-rich southern regions of the park in search of Africa’s famous Big Five:

• Lion
• Leopard
• Elephant
• Rhino
• Buffalo

The Skukuza and Sabie River areas are especially known for exceptional predator sightings and abundant wildlife populations. Guests may also encounter cheetahs, African wild dogs, giraffes, zebras, crocodiles, hippos, hyenas, and hundreds of bird species.

Breakfast packs are usually enjoyed inside the park while lunch stops are made at one of Kruger’s popular rest camps.

After a full day of wildlife viewing and photography opportunities, guests return to the hotel in the late afternoon for relaxation and dinner.

Day 3 – Morning Safari & Leisure Time

The third day of your 4 Day Kruger Safari from Johannesburg begins with an early morning safari experience through the wildlife-rich southern regions of Kruger National Park.

Morning safari drives provide excellent opportunities to encounter active predators, elephants, giraffes, antelope, and birdlife before temperatures rise. The golden morning light also creates excellent conditions for wildlife photography.

After the safari drive, guests return to the lodge for breakfast and leisure time. Relax beside the infinity pool overlooking the Sabie River, enjoy panoramic bushveld views, or simply experience the peaceful atmosphere of the African wilderness.

In the late afternoon, guests may enjoy another guided sunset safari experience where nocturnal wildlife activity begins to increase.

Day 4 – Return to Johannesburg
