Itinerary
Day 1 – Johannesburg / Cape Town → Geiger’s Camp
Your safari begins with a scenic road transfer from Johannesburg or a flight into Hoedspruit Airport, followed by a short lodge transfer through pristine wilderness.
Arrive at Geiger’s Camp in the early afternoon and enjoy:
• Welcome drinks
• Check-in to your elegant, spacious suite
• Time to soak in sweeping views over the bushveld
Afternoon Game Drive
Head out mid-afternoon for your first safari experience. Umbabat is particularly renowned for:
• Leopard sightings (one of the best areas in Greater Kruger)
• Lion prides moving through the reserve
• Elephants browsing riverbeds
• Giraffe, zebra, kudu & abundant plains game
Return to camp for a gourmet dinner served in the boma or dining area overlooking the bush.

Day 2 – Guided Bush Walk & Sunset Game Drive
Morning Guided Bush Walk
Begin the day with a thrilling guided bush walk, led by highly trained walking rangers. This immersive experience allows you to:

• Learn about insects, birds & medicinal plants

Breakfast & Leisure Time
Return to camp for breakfast and relaxation:

Afternoon Game Drive
Set out again in the late afternoon for prime wildlife activity, ending with sundowner drinks in the bush before returning to camp.

• Rhino (in highly protected zones)

Midday at Leisure
Enjoy time at camp for photography, birdwatching, reading, or simply absorbing the serenity of the bush.
Sunset Game Drive & Dinner
Your final evening safari offers magical light and heightened predator activity.
Return for a three-course dinner under the stars, accompanied by firelight and the sounds of the African night.
